Mayo Clinic | Center for Clinical and Translation Science

The largest research-related center at Mayo Clinic, the Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCaTS) is the central hub for clinical and translational research and education at Mayo Clinic, enabling Mayo investigators to perform cutting-edge clinical research. In 2006, Mayo Clinic became one of the first 12 institutions in the nation to receive a Clinical and Translational Science Award from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Mayo Clinic’s CCaTS funding was renewed in 2011 and 2017. The five-year grant facilitates innovative multidisciplinary research.
